Moving on though, I was at blizzcon enjoying the sites. I was standing in front of the AMD(they make computer hardware) both where they were practically handing out $500 video cards and such. Well I'm in the back and that hour's show was drawing to a close, well the lady (paid to stand on stage and look pretty) chucks, CHUCKS! This computer processor out into the crowd. It bounces across the outstretched hands of the people in front of me. I watch it dance over the crowd back toward me, I reach up and...POW! it hits me in the face! THE FACE! then proceeds to go cascading gently into the hands of the man (lucky bastard) standing behind me.
After recovering from the shock of being powned (shamefully beaten) by a processor I turn to look at the guy and tell him politely that it hit me in the face and that if he doesnt want to use it in his computer he can use it as a deadly weapon to bludgeon someone to death, which he agrees with the walks off with his spoils.
I think I could have recovered from this but shortly after the loser who got the processor walked off I realized that my glasses seemed a little funny. Upon closer inspection I realized that they were bent, wait no...CRACKED! The processor not only bitch slapped me it broke my glasses, my solid plastic geek glasses!
So I toddle up to the both after the crowd has dispersed, to explain to the AMD lady that the processor she lobbed over the crowed pulverized my glasses. You know the first thing she said after I told her that it had hit me in the face, she goes..."and you didn't catch it?".
I guess the moral of the story is that when going to a dork/geek/nerd convention that dorky/geeky/nerdy things compund and can be deadly, so watch your back, because sure as hell the pretty model women on stage arnt going to.

by the way, you should post new monster pics. pretty please?

Things need not have happened to be true. Tales and dreams are the shadow-truths that will endure when mere facts are dust and ashes, and forgot.
I love your sock monsters!! They're adorable!
